I remember you complaining about this last week. I suspect one of two things: it could be a loose electrical connector somewhere, though I would think that would cause the electrical system affected to cut out completely - ie. your lights would die out completely, then as you hit a bump in the road and jar the connector back into place the lights would come back on.
'Hogryder' suggested the voltage regulator, and I think that is a good guess.

Is your bike under warranty? Take it back to the shop and tell them to fix it. If it is an older Savage and you know a mechanically-inclined buddy with a multimeter, you might want to pop the tank off the bike and try to track down the problem yourself.
